I think you better be very careful. I had a quote for a price online. Then upon arrival, the appraiser told me that a code was showing on the car that would require close to a $1,000 in repairs to the transmission. I was not shown the code or even the equipment used to find the code. Then we negotiated the price, with an manager on the phone, agreed to a firm price, they then revealed for the first time that they would deduct several hundred dollars for "document" fees. The two associates Quentin and Amanda were so nice and accommodating. Very knowledgeable at their jobs and helpful. Would definitely go back to them to sell a car. I would also recommend them to anyone. The only thing I think could have been better would be a back entrance to the building. The property sits on a hill with parking in back.
