Joshua (branch manager), did a great job in walking me through the process.
The experience was quick and simple. The agent Len J**** was personable and easy going. We were in and out in about and hour. He bent over backwards to make the transition as painless as possible and printed me a check right there. I was an enlightening experience. Thanks Len.

A pretty classic bait and switch. They made an offer that was ok, but that I wasn't interested in. A week later, without any additional input from me, the raised the offer to a number that was more attractive. I made an appointment to have the car assessed in person and during the call , the representative lowered the offer back to the original number.
