Tyrone was totally awesome! He covered every detail that was needed to get the deal approved. He knew exactly what was needed for my particular deal. 5 stars for Tyrone! As hard as it was to do I took my car to get an appraisal. Luis was gracious enough to assist - he called to confirm my appointment and when I arrived he greeted me with a smile. He explained the process and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle. He was very professional and I was glad to have had the opportunity to have him assist me in this effort as he made it a little less painful in terms of parting with my vehicle. Couldn't have been easier to sell my car. I think from the time I scheduled my appointment till the time I received the check was MAYBE 2 hrs (only in the office for about 30 mins). David was super friendly, helpful, personal, and transparent. I think I received more than a fair offer for my car.
