Donny Cruz at the Raleigh NC office was excellent!! Very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. Allowed me to go out and watch as he appraised my 2014 Ford Tauras. I was very satisfied with the way the selling of my 2009 Mini Cooper went. I was mostly discussing with L T and he was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. He took countless pictures of every contour of the car. Top up, top down, motor: nothing was left unchecked. Which made me happy since the car was in very decent condition . Very professional, good with explanations. Overall very satisfactory.
Stephen was a pleasure to work with! He made the entire process easy. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location.
