Had a good overall experience. The guy that helped me was so nice and genuine - and knew what he was doing - didn't give me bad "used car salesman" vibes at all! The whole process was 1.25 hours at most - from pulling up to leaving with a check. I was given less than quoted online, but in fairness I didn't know the car had the structural damage underneath from rust - so it made sense.
