Bait and Switch!!! I have a 2002 Highlander that is a drivable car. I accurately represented the condition of the car on the website, and was given an estimate of $2490. When I took the car to the local office, the actual offer was $1100. Huge waste of my time! Unless you would like a similar experience, I would not recommend this organization.
Mark was very nice and patient through the process. We had the full sha-bang.. a lien, an out of state (and expired registration and tags), but he was thorough and saw it through til the check was cut! Would highly recommend to anyone.
First time ever using their services and could not be happier. John walked me through the process, got me top dollar for my vehicle (even with two accidents on file) and I was done within an hour. No strangers coming to my house or answering "Is this still available" questions on FB marketplace. Thank you John and i'll be back again to the West Chester, PA location when my next car is ready to sell.
