I wasn't happy with the offer but after seeing the fax of the car I got duked when I bought it originally. David was very polite, professional, and thuro. The process took a little time but worth it in the end. Most of all I learned that in future car purchases I will always have the vin ran in order to know the history of the vehicle. In the end I left with a check, a smile and a new friend in the world !
I think you better be very careful. I had a quote for a price online. Then upon arrival, the appraiser told me that a code was showing on the car that would require close to a $1,000 in repairs to the transmission. I was not shown the code or even the equipment used to find the code. Then we negotiated the price, with an manager on the phone, agreed to a firm price, they then revealed for the first time that they would deduct several hundred dollars for "document" fees.
