My wife and I were very happy with our experience with David Mahaffey at the Dublin, OH, branch. After we made our appointment on line he called us to let us know what to expect at our appointment and to see if we had any questions. He was very personable. I watched him do a thorough inspection of our vehicle. He gave us a generous offer on our old car. We would recommend We Buy Any Car to anyone selling their vehicle and especially to deal with David.
Joe was amazeing and helped me with selling my van and even walked though me to help me with my bank when I was haveing issues with the company. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
Great customer service by Roshunda! A straightforward sale threatened to turn into a major hassle when a question came up about a supposedly duplicate title. Instead of sending me on my way to deal with the DMV on my own, Roshunda went the extra mile and figured out how to resolve this matter right then and there in the office, saving me time and the inconvenience of a return trip to sell the car. I would like to rate it as 4.5 stars. Steve D******* was very courteous and conducted the negotiation in a professional manner. Their process is very efficient and not too time consuming. The 1/2 star ding is because I felt they could have done more to resolve some of the technical issues that cropped up, and I might have received more moo.
Tyler was great. The whole process took less than an hour. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

Offer was reduced from original. But they came up a smidgen when I told them I wanted more than the second offer that was presented. It overall is an easy way to sell a car.
