What a great new way to sell a car. The process was simple and Josh was very professional, in a calm and collected kind of way. Our branch representative was Shawn Walker. He was very professional, going slowly around the entire car, inside and out, including the trunk and the engine compartment. I did not understand everything which he did, but he explained what we needed to know. He reminded us that we needed to take the license plate to the local PENDOT office.
