Quick, easy, and convenient based on the need to sell a car quickly - to purchase another. CSR at the location was very easy to work with, understanding and knowledgeable about the business and my needs as a customer. The transaction was very transparent and an easy process to complete from beginning to end.
This process lasted about an hour till I received the offer. I was able to get more than what the computer offer came back with. There is what your car it worth and what you think your car is worth. If you can come to terms with reality you will walk away happy.
Craig at the Fort Lauderdale location was great. He went over the process on the phone before arriving and explained what would happen. The whole process took about a hour and you walk out with check in hand. I know I could have received more money if I sold it privately, but was extremely happy with the price they offered and was a little more than I even expected. If you’re looking to get rid of a car definitely call and let them have a look.
Len was awesome, and gave me a fair price for my car. I will never trade a car in at a dealer again!
