I thought if I "HAD" to make an appointment that I would get in when my appointment was made for. It was at least a half hour after my appointment that I got in for my evaluation. I believe that to be very rude a disrespectful. Don't let people just walk in if you "require" appointments. The gentleman ( Sean) that did finally take care of my car business was very cordial and apologetic about the wait. After all was said and done.
