A very pleasant experience.
I ultimately did not accept the offer provided, but I am happy that I met Mike; absolutely stellar individual. While doing the appraisal, he kept me engaged and provided a tour of the ins and outs of car dealerships and the process of buying/selling. He shared with me how he uses simple tools like a paint thickness scanner to expose secret body repair work. Selling a car here was no hassle. Mike did a great job answering any questions I had. He explained the process well and made sure that I was prepared for the appointment. Mike provided great service and an honest transaction.
