Answered my questions with clear diction, and provided answers that made sense. My concerns were with the large amount of paperwork and signatures, he answered the why to a good majority of them, especially the power of attorney form., and the odometer form. He was professional , and exhibited good customer service skills. Based on those skills he appears to be a asset to the organization.
