I got an email to buy my car for $4300, so I brought it in. They then offered me $2200. That is pretty far off. I think their estimate is deceptive to get you in the door. Save your time and go to Carmax.

Chase was great to work! He understood my frustration with parts of the process. He answered my questions and made the process as quick and painless as possible! The only downside is that what you put in online can be almost identical to what they put in during the evaluation and the offer can be drastically different.
