I got an initial offer to buy my car for $4800. They then offered me $2000 when I was ready to proceed. When I mentioned it was not what we agreed on, he got angry and started raising his voice, so I left. Don't do business with people like this.
I just sold my 2019 Hyundai Tucson to them. Chase was the rep that took care of me and he was friendly, courteous, efficient and fair. I would highly recommend this service.
I got an email to buy my car for $4300, so I brought it in. They then offered me $2200. That is pretty far off. I think their estimate is deceptive to get you in the door. Save your time and go to Carmax.
