The process was simple. Go online to schedule an appointment. Show up at a local office to evaluate the car and determine the best value. Offer is made and you either accept “that day” or deny and walk away. Konrad just made the experience more pleasant. The office space was lacking some personality but it is what it is. Just an office space. Overall it was quick and easy. Konrad was professional and polite during the process as well as friendly. Happy Holidays.
