Alyssa was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable. My only disappointment is $675 was deducted from my online offer for a few road paint chips and a small dent from a car door which I felt were normal wear and tear on a 7 year old vehicle. I will however use them again.
I'm not really sure how to rate this experience. For starters, Alyssa was competent, efficient, a good listener and an overall really nice person. She gave my vehicle a thorough inspection, (and I mean thorough) right down to paint thickness, took pictures and recordings then we took it for a ride. Alyssa is terrific. I valued my vehicle online at a number of places, took a look against similar vehicles, and had a number in mind. The offer from webuyanycar came back lower, but Alyssa took the time explain why and patiently answered all my questions. She did a thorough, fair inspection, explained every step of the process, next steps, and I was provided a check right there. I was able to make a same-day appointment and the whole process took about 2 hours.
Thorough, professional, quick, and fair. Had never dealt with any firm like this before (had always either traded in or sold independently). Would certainly do so again-while you won't get a price that you might if you sold outright, you also don't have to deal w/ trying to sell a car for 3wks and dealing w/ all the yahoo's out there. This was done in about an hour.
Alyssa is wonderful. They were able to match a junkyard quote without junking our car. I really appreciated that.
