Rick is the best! We all know that, in the end, it's all about business and money. But Rick helped me sell the car. Selling it was a bit difficult because I hadn't finished paying for it yet. I had a car that was totalled by State Farm for the paint being scratched. They listed the car as totalled although it had never been in an accident and was in perfect running shape. So I had to get a rebuilt title, which is a long, ludicrous, and expensive process with the DMV. And of course you can't find a bureacrat who could understand there were minor paint scratches.
