The staff was no problem. But this business pays next to nothing for your car. No matter how new, how good, or how much it's really worth. They reel you in with a small online value, you get there and after almost 2 hours they offer you much less than that. This is one of those businesses that thrive off your hardship. **My offer they gave was about 25% of Kelley Blue book value**
