My honest opinion is not a "feeling" as I was told by your rep. I did't "feel" I had a bad experience, I did have a bad one. You should revise your online evaluation form, I would have noted what issues were with the car. You are dishonest. Your evaluation gave a false estimate of $1200, really and then you only paid $100.
