I have worked with Mail Chimp, Demandforce and Websystem3. I currently use Websystem3 and hate to say that I dread logging in. The overall functionality is ok; but their lack of reporting and cumbersome campaign templates make it hard to measure results and decrease productivity significantly. They've attempted to make several changes to keep up with the competition but I feel like they are still a year or two away from making the upgrades necessary to be user friendly.
