Received a call from the owner Paul, seems he’s been out for a while and his daughter told him of my issue. Paul was very upset that it wasn’t taken care of and was very apologetic and assured me his customers are first priority and that my rear window will be replaced. Paul was true to his word, he made all arrangements to get my rear window replaced, which is was. Then at my convenience had it tinted by his son.
