Dr webster is the best Dr I have ever seen he actually cares about his patients he isn't judgemental at all I highly recommend I wish he would open his own practice because I think horizon brings him down
I got to the first appt before my 10:30 AM appt. time. The waiting room was packed with standing room only. After waiting 45 min past my appt time, I asked how many patients were ahead of me and she said three!! At that point i left without seeing the doctor. Wish i could have given less than one star.
Four hour wait time. Great staff from the front desk lady to the nurse to the doctor. But whoever the women is that works up there who I’m pretty sure isn’t even a nurse is terrible. She is rude and acts entitled and acts as if she is better than everyone. And I’m pretty sure what she did to me was against some kind of rule or policy. When a patient asks to speak to their doctor and you don’t let them there is something seriously wrong with that.

Dr. Webster's staff shut me down during my last patient visit. I had difficulty making an appointment, my meds were out, and I hung up on one of his nursing staff when she would not provide me with help that I was asking, she just stated, you MUST CALL THE FRONT DESK TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! The nurse was not even sympathetic to my needs and she showed absolutely no concern that my meds had run out! I am changing physician due to this past visit. Dr. Webster is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely personable. I have to drive 25 miles one way to visit and I would not change for any reason.
Based on Dr. Verne Webster medical practice and experience, I can honestly say that I would recommend him to family and friends. Keep up the good work doc!
