Mark White is not a professional and ghosts every contact you make to him. This is beyond unprofessional but criminal. Requiring customers to file a lawsuit to get any response is the the way this guy operates.

be aware of doing business with them. - When you do, make a document for warranty and everything. - Before and after roof replacement, check your ceiling on attic to see if any nail (sharp side) are out. - After roofing, keep checking your attic ceiling whenever raining. - keep in mind that THEY WILL NOT ANSWER EVEN WHEN YOU FIND ANY LEAK FROM ROOF. this is the most critical problem.

Mark with Webster roofing went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right. We had a problem with our roof that wasn’t their fault, but he took care it anyway quickly and did an awesome job. Would highly recommend due to their integrity and good work.
