Webster Properties is one of the most professional and caring management companies in the Rochester area. I have been working out of one of their office buildings for going on 8+ years now and have never once had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely manner and with a smile.
I have been renting from Webster Properties for 8 years. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them! They have been kind, attentive and responsive! They truly care about their tenants.
They are amazing family to be associated with. Everytime I have an issue they are very communicative and quick to get it resolved. I’ll continue to rent with them and I always suggest everyone else to do the same. Highly recommend 10/10
Joslyan is super attentive! I appreciate all of her help with everything and she made this process so simple and easy for me I can get very overwhelmed and I didn't feel that way at all during this! For any properties through Webster props Joslyan is definitely your go to girl to help find you a suitable home!

Steve and Myles say that they will address this and that and they will send this roofer and that roofer, but vary little has been done. They seem like very nice people and they genuinely seem like they will take care of things,... read more
