Ever since they took over management of Buffalo Manor, I have had bug issues despite keeping a meticulously clean home (even pulling off radiator covers to clean between all the fins.) I have ants all over, sewer bugs on my kitchen counters, and other black flying things in the bedroom. July 9, 2024 Webster Properties texted me to say, " We expect tenants to take reasonable steps to keep insects at bay in their units." And provided me with a bottle of insecticide free spray.
