I have been renting from Webster Properties for 6 years now. I don't have one complaint. If there is any issue they are quick to get back to you and address it right away. The property I'm in is well maintained. Also management and staff are friendly which is a big change from other companies I've rented from. I highly recommend them.

Building is old and out dated. Nothing is up to date. My fridge had a broken drawer that I was promised would be fixed when I moved in 2 years later still not fixed. Same in my storage area, leaking pipes on my belongings. They leak when the tentent above flushes the toilet. I reported it many time with promises it would be fixed and never was. I was showering and the tiles of the shower fell in on me. This was after being "fixed" so i could move in. The building is so old you can hear every move the upstairs neighbor makes.... read more
