fantastic work from start to finish from James & his grandson. Installed 2 new toilets, fixed bathtub faucet, fixed kitchen faucet & fixed leaky outside hose outlet. I will continue to use these guys like I have the last 10 years.
On February 15, 2021 I woke up to frozen pipes because of the subzero temperatures that cross the country. A senior citizen, living alone, no local family support I called Mr. Webster at 12:28pm; he arrived at my home in minus temperatures and about 6 inches of snow and it was windy and still snowing. It took Mr. Webster 7 hours to unfreeze pipes, replace a busted pipe and replace the heat tape that had burned out.
