First building I lived in right out of University in 1989 and new to Chicago. Safe. Clean. Solidly built. Quiet. Bus access to anywhere. Location Location Location.
Stay away from renting if your not white management has made false complaints on a couple of minorities in building
Best place I’ve ever lived.
Webster House was the best apartment building I have ever lived in! I originally had a short term 3 month lease but ended up staying over 2 years! The management, doormen, and maintenance were all so friendly and always available when needed. The location and amenities were also another added bonus! The only reason I moved was to explore living in a different neighborhood, otherwise I never would have left. I will definitely miss this building and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in the Lincoln Park area.
