Unprofessional conceited and selfish
My Son has been a Member and unfortunately has multiple medical and psychiatric disabilities. My son has seizures, vision loss, two Pituitary adenomas, ( tumors) , mobility Issues from previous Strokes . The Staff at the program wants him to travel Independently .He can't. The MBTA Ride requires he have A PCA always. The Staff especially a male staff state No Parents can drop off and Pick up the Member.
