I love the specialty of the Webster house it’s unique. I love uniqueness in all things. My recent experience of the four previous was not as pleasant but the service did everything to comfort and remedy the situation. I found one stran of hair in my food. I was not able to eat so I replaced my meal with a very lovely Bloody Mary. So good. I didn’t receive a charge for any of my meal. I will return and I will continue to enjoy eating there someday.

We visited for Restaurant Week. The Rainbow Trout on warm greens was perfectly cooked, the pan seared scallops were very good, but the butternut squash/leeks with bacon puree they were sitting on was absolutely amazing!!! Perfect balance of sweet and salty. Beautiful execution of the flourless chocolate cake. The only complaint was the noise level was very high in the dining room we were in.
A MUST!! The building itself is absolutely immaculate and the service and the food and attention to detail are all first class.
We've been here twice now and I can't wait to get back. Everything we've had so far has been top notch. I love sitting at the chefs table, it's a cool experience. Excellent waiting staff and friendly kitchen staff if you get the chance to sit there. Highly recommended!
This place would have gotten 4 stars if they had made the dining experience nicer. Food and waiter were great, although dinner portion was too large. The annoying things: Enjoying candles throughout the dining room and mid appetizer a hostess blows them out. Smoke everywhere and so-long ambiance. Then a bus boy directly behind us was clunking glasses that he was removing from the tables around us. I stopped him and asked if he could please clean up after we ate. Not cool for such a lovely establishment.
