I am very disappointed in your service and I will tell you why...30 yrs ago I have an upper denture made by your company when my dentist sent you the mold. That plate was excellent and lasted a very long time so when I went to replace the plate I went back to the same dentist and had the mold made. My dentist said that your company was still in business I thought that was great. But it wasn't, less than 2 weeks later 2 teeth fell out. The plate was sent back to you for repair. I had partials made here and paid dearly. After 6 months the top partial broke. I had to pay to have them fixed. Within 2 weeks they broke again and again in another week. After having them for 7 months ... they broke again ! I am beyond angry. Right before Christmas too! My father had partials for 60 years. Sister 10 +. No problems. And Thank you Mr. Webster for your information. It has helped me to prepare. And thank you for your promtness in this matter.
