Build quality went down so bad! I built 3 new homes with Arbor within last 2 years and built more than 15 homes for my clients. We built 12 homes for myself and my clients in Webster Crossing East in Kokomo, IN and last 5 or 6 homes has the water leak issues within first month and HVAC issues within first 2-3 months time frame and sometimes even report through warranty claim it takes more than 2 weeks to result a issues.
