Tara and Kevin have made such a difference at Webster Court. They work great together and do whatever they can to help the residents. I would give them 10 stars if I could. All the current residents have nothing but positive feedback and say how great of a change these two have made. Keep up the great work you two!!!
So, to shed some light on this property, I have lived here for a few years and this place used to be a complete dump! Over two years ago we had crappy management and maintenance but now they have a new team there, Tara and Kevin they are a blessing from god!!!! They turned that place around and is so amazing to live there now. I sadly moved just recently due to a job I got on the other side of the states and I am going to miss those two a lot. Seems to be friendly there and a quiet place.
I wouldn’t rate this place with one star as you can see another reviews the smell of fentanyl overwhelming, the police presence and they’re not there because of us they’re there because of the drugs. The management is the worst when you move out and you try to get your deposit back they will lie they make up papers The manager said she put papers on my door for October November, and December and I was behind in Rent but never once in all the times I went to the office and we converse over the activity.
