I wouldn’t rate this place with one star as you can see another reviews the smell of fentanyl overwhelming, the police presence and they’re not there because of us they’re there because of the drugs. I have to say that I have lived here for a couple of years and it's gotten to be a positive change with the new management company we have .
You can see my reviews on Webster Court on Yelp and FPI management page cause they are long. Apartment 203 is nice. But the area is another story. My rent was $999 a month. I see it went up $300 -$400. If you do decide to live there get a copy of your lease. I started out with going thru Domuso they have you set up a account to pay rent. Don't do it they will ask for more money. No I didn't use my card but have it taken out of my checking only for the next day asking for another high amount of $$$. !!And to add the property manager has an unprofessional and questionable relationship with the maintenance boy as they spend hours on end in the front office vaping but complains that the maintenance supervisor at the sister property kyle sends her photos of his wittle winky dink.
