These apartments seem to have terrible management. They never answer the phone and they don't return calls. It's no wonder they have so many empty units that they are advertising $999 rent.
Tara and Kevin have made such a difference at Webster Court. They work great together and do whatever they can to help the residents. I would give them 10 stars if I could. All the current residents have nothing but positive feedback and say how great of a change these two have made. Keep up the great work you two!!!
So, to shed some light on this property, I have lived here for a few years and this place used to be a complete dump! Over two years ago we had crappy management and maintenance but now they have a new team there, Tara and Kevin they are a blessing from god!!!! They turned that place around and is so amazing to live there now. I sadly moved just recently due to a job I got on the other side of the states and I am going to miss those two a lot.
