Wish I never bought this condo, Management change often but the upkeep stays the same horrible. Hallway carpet dirty need to replace or change to wood floor or ceramic floor something more easier to maintain, trash area a mess on a regular, lobby entrance door walk right in sometimes locksmiths keep coming back many times never good results how many times it take to fix door you keep paying them over never fix you take that and use it somewhere else lawn keeper come out to cut grass with a weed whacker never mow paying them ... read more
Do not move here! This place changes management every few months and each management company is worst and more inept than the last. The laundry room is constantly flooded, someone on the first floor is constantly letting drug users into the building so they're stealing packages, food deliveries, and hitting you up for money all the damn time. There are homeless people constantly loitering in the building and someone was even taking a knife to the mailboxes in the mailroom to attempt to steal checks. The police don't even bot... read more
This building for the most part is clean but they steal your packages most of the time. It came to the point where I had to have my packages delivered else where. The cameras are for shows because management don’t care to repair them and they don’t care to help with theft. Everybody and their mothers knows the code for the door because the buzzer for the building has been broken for the longest and not fixed.
