I gave 2/5 stars after a disappointing experience at Webster barber shop . I preferred the younger barber, but unfortunately, one of the senior barbers didn't meet expectations. I requested a fade haircut and beard trim, but the result was uneven and lacked definition, with the barber acknowledging their lack of expertise with fades.
