After speaking with three customer service representatives over two days about a bank error with my checking account, I was advised to visit a local branch. I first contacted the Stoughton branch, where the manager informed me she could not assist and directed me to the Franklin Street branch, where I originally opened my account. The representative I spoke with displayed a shocking level of rudeness and seemed intent on arguing with me instead of providing the assistance I needed. His lack of courtesy and unwillingness to guide me through my inquiries left me deeply dissatisfied.
