If I could give this place no stars , I would. Worst branch I have ever been to.
I normally don’t review banks but after the experience I had with two representatives of this branch I must give them much deserved credit and respect for their honesty. I lost a substantial amount of cash (fell out of pockets) and was in a panic after back tracking I ended up at this branch and was able to retrieve my cash after properly identifying it to them. This review is for Shannon Everett "relationship banker #11" . My father and I went in to that bank yesterday needing some work done to his checking. Shannon was extremely Helpful. Shannon is so friendly and caring. She made my dad and I feel as if we were family. My father means the world to me. So I am very concerned about the way he is treated.
