I called and got mrs.susan I was hoping to use the branch I lived close to, with my situation but she was of no help and didn't even see with her supervisor if they could do anything else.Very unprofessional I work in customer service and called another branch and got the help I needed with help and ease don't use this branch they need all new employees
They absolutely SUCK!!!!
Slowest people I’ve ever encountered no wonder these ratings are lower than every other Webster bank around
