I am not a customer of this bank. I use the atm when I am in the area. I was parked outside the bank in the early am hours. One of the employees harassed me in my car. She was very rude. I moved my vehicle per her request. She came outside 2x to see what I am doing. It's kind of comical. Not sure what the deal with this branch is.
I had a terrible experience with Webster bank at the ansonia location. The staff seemed poorly trained and could not answer basic questions about my account. On top of that, I was charged several hidden fees that were never clearly explained upfront. Customer service in bank is very very poor. I would not recommend this bank to anyone looking for transparency and good service.
So I went in today to set up a bank account, which was a rep payee account am I honest you felt like a criminal? I was treated with rudeness and said that only the rep payee would have access to my money and that I wouldn’t have any access to my money and it’s my money. me and my mother walked right out and said never mind I wouldn’t even give this place one star if it was up to me I recommend TD Bank.
