HORRIBLE customer service. Long story short, because of their delays, I was without access to my bank accounts for over three weeks. Detailed story: After mailing a check that got stolen, I was told the best approach was to open a new checking account and close the old one. Fine, but Webster requires you to do this in person and I don't live close to a branch. I heard this branch does virtual appointments, but then was told over the phone that this wasn't true.
