Now, I undestand why people do not like webster bank. Very bad customer service. Rude and incompetent staff. I am going to close account with this bank and I was a customer for more than a year.
I made a new student checking account here. I was greeted by Vice President of Webster and he was very friendly & kind to me. Everything was done within half an hour and he even waived off my check book cost. I personally recommend this bank to every student out there.
