5 Star : My Experience From the moment I first took my car in to Webster, I had the nicest and most helpful people assist me. And despite my repeated phone calls to ask about the readiness of my car (which was all the fault of the assessor and my insurance company), the person on the phone at Webster remained kind and helpful. I so appreciated the warm and generous attitude of everyone in the office.
