I ended up going with someone else at the last minute, but the process with Webster was super painless and I appreciate all the effort they put into the quote and communication. The price was also the second best I got, and they only got beat because of a friends and family discount.

An exceptional company to do business with. Webster's AC wrote the book on what great service should be like. Kevin the service technician was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. Kevin had me back up and running with minimal cost. The service does not stop there, the ladies in the office "Laura & Tricia" went above and beyond answering all my questions when it came to repairing my AC unit and possibly having to buy a new unit, which I did not have to do. My dealings with Webster air conditioning has been nothing but 1st class service from the front office girls to the technicians! Jordan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within a few moments and had it repaired in no time. I had just lost my job and was quite nervous about the diagnosis. I called on Saturday morning not expecting someone to stop by as my upstairs AC unit failed during the night. To my surprise a technician, Kevin, showed up on Saturday afternoon and got my system going even though some parts needed to be replaced. Good news for me the system was still under warranty. He said their office would call on Monday, which they did, Alyssa was very helpful. She put me on the schedule to have those parts replaced and Kevin came back to finish the job. We recently had a new HVAC unit installed. Dan, Brent and Kevin kept me informed throughout the entire process, as they needed to come up with a creative solution to deal with a leaking chase pipe and water that pools around the condenser. The install not only looks great, but works as it was intended! Also, Tracy, Alyssa and Laura were very prompt and attentive from the office as well.
