When asked for a diagnostic and to contact me (primary contact listed) they “fixed it” didn’t tell me what they did, got consent from my AUTISTIC brother and took advantage of him by charging him over $800. all of that AFTER verifying with me that I AM to be contacted for payment and to address the work. I then spoke with another male who then laughed when I explained to him what happened. Not sure what kind of business these people are running, but I would try another professional company.
Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed my AC within an hour or so. Very happy with the technician and Webster’s service!
