Ordering was easy. Prices were better on this site than others but irritating that they advertise “free shipping” and then tack on a $13 “handling” charge in the final screen before checkout. I feel like that is pretty shady. Delivery speed was average- wish they would have sent updates like other sites do since I was down to my last few contacts and really needed them to come right away.
