Sent in my prescription, received the wrong one and then had a very difficult time with customer service trying to get the correct one sent back to me. I will not order again

I don't like the change in delivery service. Ups does not perform as well as I wish. It ignores the Parcal Pending facility at my complex. At least usps places purchases in secure postal boxes instead of being left at door with no notice.

I am a repeat customer who values the prompt and efficient shipping and support I always receive from WebEyeCare.com. I have had only one issue over the years that was a box of lenses with a broken seal. CS didn't miss a beat, instantly replacing the box for me. I'm still puzzled as to why the pricing of the same scrip Acuvue2 contacts fluctuate so much between re-orders.

I have ordered from Web Eye Care for some time, just because it's easy and fast, however in January I ordered a new set of contacts. They emailed me to alert me I needed to upload an updated prescription from my doctor, but we needed to make an appointment. I assumed they just cancelled my order however when I reviewed my CC charges they had gone ahead and charged me for contacts they had no intention of sending.
