Very slow service, and worse yet they don’t care and even removed my previous review from their own website, so doing it here where they can’t remove it. I sent back an un-opened box of lenses for exchange. After they had received my shipment to them for 5 days i reached out asking what the status of the exchange was. They said it takes up-to 28 days to process a exchange! What, 28 days?? If i went to a retail store i could exchange in 5 minutes or less. Worst experience ever. Ordered contacts on 1/3/2023.They stated 5-7 business days for arrival. They never shipped.They kept saying they were shipping the next day as I contacted them. Today someone told me they were back ordered. Then when I asked for a supervisor they said they shipped. Still no email stating they are on the way. They tell me that they can’t cancel my order an order I don’t have but have been charged for.

Great place for contacts. Got a prescription changed and they took back the unopened box of 24 I had purchased, provided a credit and I was able to get a new set in less than 2 weeks.

fraudulent pricing! the link from a Google search shows cheap pricing but they make it impossible to check out. when you search for the item it shows a much higher price. see example below. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** ***** ****** ******************************************************* ***** ******
