Mr. Weber had Fresh Ice Cream machines made for him in 1931 from the old molds, exact replicas of the ones he worked with at Euclid Beach. The only reason that we can make a product that is delicious, satisfying, has no after taste, and made with only natural flavorings and products, is because these machines, which were originally designed for use by dairies, are made without iron. I love this Ice Cream went there last Summer for the first time enjoyed it so much took home a pint.
I love the lemon custard! This is by far one of the best places in CLE. We take all of our friends there and they are amazed by the quality!

The sweet cream and honey is glorious! Especially paired with black cherry. The brandied peach is also outstanding.
