Honest and efficient, Weber tire is a great company to do business with. Just today, needed a tire repair and they were closing within the hour but said come on down, we'll fix it for you. And they fixed it without trying to sell me 4 new tires like other places will do. Trustworthy business.
Excellent customer service. We went there because our check engine light was on and the mechanic said it was a dead cell in the battery. He replaced it and that took care of the check engine light. We moved to PA but my wife was in VA for appointment. When leaving to go home she hit a curb and blew out the tire. She went to Weber and talked to Donnie at the counter about her ordeal and he listen to her and went outside to take a look and get the information on the tire. We originally went to Costco who took 5 days to deliver the tires, never called us when they came in, didn’t answer the phone when we called to schedule, had no appointments available online and then refused to take our drop off the day before a holiday before finally making my husband wait around for over two hours and STILL failing to install our tires. Let me start off by saying the people are very nice and the price was great. However, they did not check the caliper clearance of the wheels I brought to be put on, which resulted in damaging the wheel when their tech drove it. Also the tech scratched multiple wheels when torquing the lug nuts. Sure it was affordable, but now I have 600 dollars worth of scratched wheels.
