I do not like speaking negative on local businesses, but I am extremely dissapointed with our experience with Weber. We hired Weber to come work on our heater.. and the company’s workers “claimed they cleaned our heater” when my husband came from work there was soot all over our heater. Most of the time they were at our home, they were messing with our dogs & our hamster. I only saw them working for 30 minutes. & they keep making comments on how in the 30 years that they had worked they had never seen a heater like ours. A... read more

We received excellent service from you on our HVAC replacement. The repairman was on time and explained the problem clearly. Good communication with Weber Refrigeration. The HVAC arrived when they said it would and the installation team gave prompt and professional service. I appreciated the professional service from the whole Weber team. You have very good customer oriented employees.

Weber Refrigeration has done Grant County Bank a great job. Dustin has always let me know when he is here, always let me know what our problem was and the best way to fix it. We will continue to use Weber Refrigeration for our HVAC needs. Thanks for a job well done, Dustin!

My wife and I recently woke up in the morning to no heat. We called Weber's and they sent out a technician right away. Our technician was Dustin Rodenberg. Dustin diagnosed the problem and got our furnace up and running promptly. We were very satisfied with Dustin's friendly and quality service! We have always been completely satisfied with the service we have received from the different technicians that we have had for our planned maintenance services as well. Dustin out of Ulysses was AWESOME!!!! super helpful and very very fast. even checked in with me the day after instillation to see if I was happy with the work. I contacted him recently with a question and he stopped by only a few hours after our contact to attend to the situation!!! very very pleased with the time and attention that was received.
