This has been the worst property management experience I’ve ever had. For two weeks, two boiler pipes in my apartment were broken and repeatedly slammed against each other, creating extremely loud banging noises throughout the day and night. The noise was so intense that paint chips fell from the ceiling, and brown liquid began dripping from the pipes. It made the apartment completely unlivable. Weber Realty is the best management company I’ve worked with , especially having experience as VP of the coop board and working with them directly. Aaron always makes himself available if you ever need anything , cannot recommend them enough!

Quick to respond, friendly and they do a great job keeping our building clean. I’ve lived in the city for over a decade, 3 different buildings, 3 different management companies- can’t compare the others to Weber Realty. Weber Realty actually cares about their tenants unlike other management companies.
