Aaron Weber at Weber Realty Management is one of the best property managers we work with. Extremely organized, responsive, and easy to coordinate with. He communicates clearly, keeps projects moving, and handles everything professionally.
Weber Realty is the best management company I’ve worked with , especially having experience as VP of the coop board and working with them directly. Aaron always makes himself available if you ever need anything , cannot recommend them enough!
Quick to respond, friendly and they do a great job keeping our building clean. I’ve lived in the city for over a decade, 3 different buildings, 3 different management companies- can’t compare the others to Weber Realty. Weber Realty actually cares about their tenants unlike other management companies.
Every positive review for this company is someone who knows Aaron Weber personally. He ignores the coop board and other shareholders; while he privately attends to the one shareholders he’s friends with. Every interaction with this company gives me the sense I’m being scammed. His electrician did questionable work, he’s ignoring plumbing problems on the horizon; his window repair company is unresponsive, and his installation team damaged a brand new dryer because of their ineptitude.
