I wanted to share my experience with this service department because it started with some frustration but ended with outstanding customer service. I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue regarding a Cruise Control Module fault (U3000:49) and requested they attempt a specific manufacturer software patch (SSM 48049) to fix it.
