Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful counter staff. Large selection of cable railing systems, more than I have seen anywhere else in the area, I kind of wish I had known of this place when I was shopping for cable railings for my last project. They apparently, carry all the normal items one expects from an old school lumber yard. Including interior doors.
Small town vibe and personal service
Several weeks ago I went in to order two stair trends. The two at the counter seemed to be uninterested in helping me and were unfriendly with no customer service. I described my project. They finally said they would order the stair trends although I would have to get oak. I had already said I was painting them. They told me they would be in on Weds or Friday.
