Planned to call them about my new house purchase, but they made a grave mistake that may ruin the closing on a friend's home purchase. Inexcusable negligence and I hope the State Insurance Commissioner will have something to say about it. Sad to see a reputable company run so poorly and unprofessionally.
They waited till it was to late to tell me that they couldn't and wouldn't insure my new home. Costing us our house and our down payment on the new house. Worst part is they knew about the closing in February and waited until 3 days before closing to look and/or do something they should have done from the start. To add even more insult to injury the agent that I got the quote and did the policy not only quit but saw in the sale pictures the flat roof. I was a customer for over 15 years. These folks are great ... i've had them for years and don't ever feel the need to shop around for new insurance. Rates a good, claims handling is efficient and easy!!!
